漢祥約跑~原本預設跑20K,良全說一起跑30跑就對了,好久沒跑這個路線,而今天多了一位新同學公司同事小雄,不求快穩穩跑就好,去程都跑在一起,上坡小雄慢了我們就先跑,回程到村莊良全偷加速,好啦就造這個速度跑回去,當做被良全操順便練一下,跑完左膝舊點好酸~~
