爬山,爬坡,抖得不像話,不過~我終於完賽啦!
前60k速度、體力保留,後40k才是真正開始配速跑,不過剩10k時,真的是意志力在撐著,謝謝自己的堅持,謝謝自己的不服輸,這場賽事加量不加價
要學會自己看離線地圖,自己揹水袋,幾乎是都自己來,跑到晚上摸黑繼續跑,沒有引導,跑錯路線的話,算自己的喔!
