賽前宣言: 將參加 全馬
賽後評分: 早上天气13.5度,阴天,风大(大到双脚离地的时候有被吹掉的感觉),今天PB 419😆(进步24分钟)。来这就是为了纪念酒(53度高粱😋)。
天气凉爽很好跑,但是30k还是爆了均速Pace 546(肚腩太大没有核心肌肉🤣),最后以611均速完赛。两个月的300km月跑量没白费,看来核心还是最重要😁
