手錶八小時沒電,關GPS看時間趕關門點
好像很久沒PO文了,只能說這個太硬了,是該記錄ㄧ下這場卯足全力的經驗。
1、沒注意到起跑接駁車時間,我跟志恆竟然錯過了,詢問工作人員完全沒辦法幫我們那只好跑吧,跑到9公里外的起跑點。一出大馬路喵到一部車燈還亮著,當然是厚著臉皮拜託她載一程,搖下車窗發現是陳智勇的愛妻遙,救星啊 貴人啊⋯⋯!(智勇妳老婆夜間開山路的功力一流,超殺的)
2、順利跟著起跑沒多久,我的頭燈怎麼越來越不亮,我明明是帶前陣子剛換電池的那顆啊!以後一定要換全新的上陣。不就還好我在天黑前還來,不然風蕭蕭霧茫茫我又那麼怕女鬼。
3、習慣赤足的我從來沒參加過越野賽,這次衝著賽事才能進來管制區看神木的機會殘殘給它報名,本想用爬山的五趾鞋上陣,但想到林道應該全是碎石,還是在出發前兩天去迪卡儂亂碰運氣,挑了一雙合腳的健走鞋,還是零碼出清的。它竟然讓我撐完林道100公里,沒水泡沒破皮,哈哈哈哈竟然不輸品牌高貴越野鞋。不過還是別學我,挑錯鞋可是會GG的!
對了,這鞋底會說話,它三不五時會問我有沒有覺得刺刺的?有沒有刺刺的⋯⋯,啃,它鞋底是有洞的,尖尖的碎石會卡進洞裡直接刺進腳底,然後我人就會ㄉㄧㄡˊ起來,哈哈哈哈有夠不專業!
4、照賽前說的關門點時間若強制執行,大概只有80幾個跑者能完賽,不到20%的完賽率,太硬太噁心了,國際選手就出賽了50名捏,這個越野賽不是我的菜,跑完五臟六腑都翻過來,骨頭也散了,我還是乖乖回到公路賽好了! 賽後評分: 我通過最後一個關門點剩30分鐘,我不想花了七八千塊來這邊被關門啊!從頭衝到尾很想死⋯ 給 2 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
