報了巨蟹線上馬,想說活動開始怎麼一直沒完賽,原來那不是累積里程,而是必須要一次跑步跑到才算達標,趁著吃飽閒閒就來LSD一下,因為很久沒有跑這麼久了,中間有固定休息,在家跑有個好處是跑到衣褲全濕還可以換掉,想撒尿就去撒尿,但是說實在話,還是損耗比較大,偶爾一次就好了。
