| 今天的日月潭湖面有霧氣,朦朧美啊~
跑了三次29K環湖,終於這次來跑全馬了~
可能是肌貼+止痛藥,發炎的腳跟沒有在跑步時發作起來。
結果小紅來陪跑,體能流失的好快,跑起來真的好累好累,體力15K就開始用意志力撐了🥱🥱
後半段將近10K的上坡真的好虐心啊,一路跑跑走走,跑到眼冒金星😵
認真覺得下次要再跑日月潭的話,還是29K就好了,因為後面的13K感覺好像硬湊公里數的😂後面沒有什麼景色了,只有消磨意志的上坡😭
