台中山不耐熱  連日自虐活動完成
昨天跑完合歡馬,兩腿還很酸
今天騎車百K,天氣又很熱
尤其40k以後,懷疑能不能騎完
主辦單位補給很差
除了水跟香蕉,無其他食物
第三補給站甚至沒水
很多跑友在檳榔攤買水喝
