| 針對這場有刻意的準備,但賽前一天太累、晚上也沒睡好,比賽前半段就發現狀況差。只有前25k配速勉強維持在530左右,比平時練跑的表現還糟,後面就抽筋嚴重爆掉了...。事後檢討應該是飲食方面出了問題,我本來就沒有在控制飲食,但這次有點過頭了。賽前3週開始狂吃完全不忌口、加上跑量又開始減量,導致比賽時多背了兩公斤多的肉在身上,真的是好沉重的負擔啊!唉!這應該是這場爆掉的主因吧... 賽後評分: 路線沿途山光水秀、風景秀麗 給 4 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 123~150 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 150~169 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 169~174 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 174~185 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 185~190 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為190 點此去設定最大心率 |
