今天起跑時,感覺好像有便意,ㄧ路到10K後想說還是不要忍著,剛好到補站有廟的廁所,好像是第一次在跑馬途中上廁所,上完後覺得輕鬆很多。今天因為太熱,後半段只要有進補站,就淋水跟吃西瓜,反而香蕉吃不多。夏天跑全馬真的是很虐,要練習心率不隨溫度而降不下來,有一種人間煉獄的感覺。回到台南第一件事就是先找冰店吃冰,哈哈! 賽後評分: 賽道車少,但很曬 給 5 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 97~118 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 118~133 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 133~138 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 138~146 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 146~150 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為150 點此去設定最大心率 |
