水袋裡放舒跑+水各半1公升,外加一軟水壺,完賽剛好喝完,真是好加在😌
沿途1-2小時補一塊巧克力,穩定血糖,
進補給站吃了咖喱飯🍛、滷味,喝了珍奶~
