| 高雄12H超馬賽.最終以213圈88K完賽.有達成一開始設定的低標(去年的71K).中標兩隻全馬.可惜離高標100K還非常遙遠.前6H跑了快54K.想說一切都在掌握之中.殊不知道後面6H跑得非常慘烈.跑到雙腳腳踝和腳底非常痛.是前所未有的狀況.只能說自己練習不夠.練習的時間6H應該不夠.還得拉長到8-10小時才行.不過這場也突破自己以往跑最長的紀錄(72K).算是突破自我又跨進另一個境界.不過跑完說真的會懷疑自己接下來的冬山河和鎮西堡100K怎麼跑的完.挫ㄟ等~自己在超馬界還有許多要學習的地方

(1)hoyo:感謝賽前開許多次的團練讓我們可以訓練.雖然成績沒達到預期.但還是有相當的幫助
(2)PTT加油團:感謝每一個來加油的夥伴.豐富的補給和加油聲讓我在無聊的賽道中可以堅持下去.你們撐完整場也是相當辛苦.真的超級感動的
(3)盟傑:前半段我的補給員.隨時注意我的狀況提供所需.辛苦你現場跑來跑去.不過你補給也吃太多了.就沒關係啦...XD
(4)信安大哥:中途腳踝痛到不行快要跑不下去.感謝提供中藥飲用和穴道的按摩.真的非常的有效.後來狀況竟然就回來了.有如神丹一樣
(5)Mandy:中途幫我按摩真的超級舒服的.有股醒來的感覺.而且麵迪第一次幫別人按摩.揪感心的
(6)Jessica:最後要感謝的就是對我超狠的潔西卡.原本跑到65K就完全不想跑了.結果竟然一直催促我上場去跑.每次下場休息沒多久就要趕我上場.雖然曾經我一度超級不爽的.不過也是因為這麼精實的督促.後面又多跑了20幾K.真的很謝謝妳
