| 係屋企做左hip active,遲左加上無睇住時間,寄完行李已經無時間做full set warm up drill,上線盡行前,塞左2分鐘先跑。
擔心太凍,今朝高番2度,上線等緊已經除左雨褸暖包,手袖好有用,再用綿手套,岩岩好。
因為多人,頭5K都跑得唔快,好事,keep住62x。未跑之前set 4:15完,即係6'02,其實set高左,平時練都係6'15,算,咩都試下,照番之前plan,30k前留力,有力再放。
但跑跑下,心諗當我30k前留力到6"15,要415,之後10K要540,真係冇咩可能,所以我最後隨心,上斜唔好太谷,落斜快多少少去追。
9年前都唔係幾記得條路,上到昂船州大橋先知個上斜咁長,約1K(10K位),avg645,之後落斜再入南灣隧道暗落順住走540追番好多時間。黎到汀九折返幾個U turn到21K,當中有上又落既斜都幾辛苦,但pacing已經慢慢上到avg615。再黎既長青隧道2K暗落忘我走538。係入西隧前個7K係最漫長,加上條路向左或右斜,腳碗好唔舒服,照忍住跑,pacing已經上到6分。係西隧上斜(好多人慢左)去到橋上面其實都無減到(仲追到ivey keep same pace上橋停十幾秒影相),比我想像好,keep 6分,但之後落橋去ifc段太多人7分。之後都keep住6分內有位放就放,希望爆埋佢,last衝終點摺腳做好姿勢5分內。
傷痛方面今次班好朋友冇黎搵我,新朋友左足都有時刻伴隨但冇搞我。係係過左長青之後左右斜個part令到左足外側好唔舒服,頂住跑,而由20k開始左腳趾外側都痛,以為會起水泡,最後又冇wor;另外左hamstring今次係有感覺拉扯,內收今次比起之前LSD更好,反而最酸痛係內4頭肌,跑到30k已經有感,愈跑愈痛,當然係接受到,所以係開心既。當日跑完同埋之後2日都係4頭痛。
今次可以冇停過(除左入廁所再加同ivey自拍分半鐘)已經好開心,超哂額完成,我只得北九州同今次係冇停過。同埋做到後半快過前半已經係我代表作,當中去到龍和道已經覺得持續跑既感覺可能就係咁。
