隔天跑一個馬拉松,
有達到 5分速預設目標完賽,
也恭喜大家順利完賽!
涼爽的天氣加上迷人的風景,
唯一有挑戰的就是鶴岡 的山路真的很難跑,
一路上不少跑者中途抽筋!
