| 好久沒有清晨出門去跑馬了,清晨出門的優點是可以感受到安安靜靜的氣氛,不過今天出了幾個小狀況,首先是GPS手表電沒充滿,再來就是下錯交流道,最後是起跑後6k處竟然跑錯路線折返又加碼4k,之後的路線竟然是一路抖上坡,最近疏於練習,終於讓這場自助馬跑的非常辛苦完全使不上力,很勉強的撐到最後忘憂森林路線(坡度約30-40度)連走上去也很吃力,一路上還要禮讓載客的4驅車和忍受排放的烏煙,最後終於目睹忘憂森林的景色(聽說水漾森林更有看頭…) 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
