中午吃太飽,還好只是打嗝沒有造成太多影響,今年體重稍微降了些,天氣也較為舒適,比去年快了20多分鐘,感覺不錯~
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 沒有下雨,太陽也不大,今年幸運的有風吹拂,第二圈還飄雨降溫。第六次參加,主要是離家近,交通方便。繞河濱兩圈有點單調、但安全好配速。今年因河濱部分施工,跑道有點小變化,補給充足,第二圈還可以吃到西瓜,運動飲料、水、冰塊都很足夠,雖然全馬人數每年遞減,但還是可以跑!
