很熱的一場馬拉松,西拉雅場地不錯,但是大會熱天備案冰塊、水、運動飲料準備和支援緩慢,大腿在37K抽痛,降速才沒抽筋,也可能和鹽分補充不夠有關!
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 很熱的一場賽事。前一天到台南市火車站,台南仲青行旅第一住,一樓公共空間寬敞,房間內有淋浴、廁所,雖然很小間,但乾淨。行旅就在友愛街和國華街附近,很方便,但忍住沒有吃很多東西。店員推薦八寶冰,不錯吃;逛了一圈國華街沒買其他東西,下週還要再來一次還有機會。友愛市場的可麗餅不錯。隔天接駁車到西拉雅遊客中心,風景不錯,但600起跑太晚了,還沒起跑就滿身大汗,太陽也出來了。雖然名為「阿勃勒馬拉松」但看不到幾顆樹,卻太陽高高掛,沿路也很少樹蔭可遮蔽,路線還有些上坡,其實不好跑。大會一直到第四補給才看到冰塊可以降溫,補給內容普通,但據後半段跑友事後反映缺水,自己提醒自己要快回終點,因為要搭公車到新營在搭台鐵回臺北。勉強走走跑跑在516回終點,不理想,體重降得還不夠,繼續努力、戒口少吃!
